Owner
James has over 20 years’ experience in property development, construction and finance.
His approachable nature and understanding of seller’s needs, along with his in-depth knowledge of property development and building approvals enables him to talk to sellers about their property with understanding and confidence.
Patricia McNamara
Designer and Project Manager
Patricia has been designing and project managing the renovation and construction of homes for over 20 years. A great deal of her time is spent researching current and future trends ensuring Sommet is at the cutting edge of property development.
She personally oversees the entire development process, ensuring Sommet always produces the highest quality on time and on budget.
