This tired post war home sat across two lots and had seen better days. We purchased the property directly from the owner in a simple and low-stress transaction and then set about creating two stunning Hampton-inspired homes for the site. These homes were very well received and the designs complemented the area perfectly.

We purchased this circa 1920 Colonial home on a large 810m2 and it’s now ready to be transformed into a stunning 21st century family home with a Hamptons inspired theme.

This quintessential Queenslander was on an 810m 2 block and in need of a complete renovation. We purchased it and transformed it into a beautiful family home and also built a stunning contemporary home beside it.

This dilapidated post war home was located on a large double block. We bought the property from the owner who wanted to move closer to his sister. The house was not able to be repaired, so we removed it and two stunning contemporary homes are now built on the site.

This Queenslander was on a corner double block and in need of a full renovation. We purchased the property and set about moving the house onto one of the blocks and transforming it into a lovely family home with all the orginal Queensland character. A complementary home was also moved onto the vacant land next door.

The original owners of this property had a vacant back yard that was rarely used and maintaining it was becoming a problem. We purchased the back yard from them and build a lovely 21st century Queenslander-inspired home, all while the original owners watched on with interest from their deck.

We purchased this property from the original owner who was ready to move to the next stage of his retirement. The house was removed because it was not able to be renovated. In its place now stand two lovely contemporary homes.

This Queenslander was located to the one side of a double 810m2block. The owner wanted to stay in the Queenslander and sold us the land beside it. We looked after all the Council approvals, arranged for her home to be partially renovated and we also built a family-friendly contemporary home on the vacant land. This was all done without the owner having to move out.
